"I am trying to get a retaining wall built on my property, they don't do that type of work okay I get it. When I got someone to build the wall they recommended removing that part of the hill but didn't have the equipment to do it. When I called Varsaw back they didn't have time to return my call. I mean I wasn't expecting them to do the work for free."

"Versaw does good work when they show up, but in my experience they will do so only after blowing off a couple of promised appointments first. I've had three such encounters with them and have finally decided to take my business elsewhere. When you call them after they miss an appointment, the mailbox will be full, so you can't leave a message. You have to keep calling back until someone actually picks up the phone. If you ask them to call you before they come out, so you can be on-site, they'll assure you they will, but they won't, though at least you may be glad they finally showed up. This company talks a good game, but their work ethic is terrible. No respect for their customers, even if you've got cash in hand. Not worth the aggravation, especially since there are plenty of other companies in the area who will do just as good a job without the hassle."
