"Slow loading process but they can load early depending on different factors such your destination ( mine was from plant to plant) and how nice you speak with em and how busy they are I asked a driver next to me who was done loading he said took em 2 hours, I spent 4.5 hours there"
"Broker tell me pickup anytime by 10am. Don't believe them this place works by appointments. So ok i come 9:30am get in the door 9:45 drop unhook park next to your trailer . Was lucky didn't have to back in from the security gate just to get in to their dock being a little sarcastic but u will understand when you get there. I was able to make a u turn in all empty docks as there were no other trucks in the dock. Despite all the bad feedback on google was very exited though will get loaded quick as there no other trucks getting loaded. Almost after 2 hours they didn't even start on my trailer didn't even lock my brake lines. Avoid this place at all cost. DO NOT RECOMMEND . Left them didn't even get loaded."
"This place is The Worst Place. I have been here twice. First time loading took 4 hours, I said "OKEY". When I came here second time it took me 7 hours to get loaded. Shippers don't respect truck drivers( zero respect), and Rude. Even Broker offers you good price for load just Avoid it, Avoid!!! Mostly loads goes To Nexeo Solutions, LLC ( Morrisville, PA) This place also same sheeeettt. SoYou will waste half day just for loading and Unloading. Rest is up to You!!!"
"Bad shipper, must be union! 4 hours to load half trailer, 20k load. Very tight parking lot with no way to turn around, blind side backing only. Wouldn't have taken this load if I knew... headache not worth having. Middle of nowhere shipper with obviously bad management."
"Terrible warehouse to pick up from. They got a huge yard but they keep trailers in front of pickup docks leaving little spacevto manouver the semi. My appointment was at 6pm , I ended up leaving the place at 11pm for an ltl load. Please management improve on this . Why have appointments if they are useless. Good luck drivers."
