"If I could give 0 stars I would. Store manager was crappy to my husband told him he couldn’t fix a simple order that my husband placed on the phone. Basically called my husband a liar because it didn’t show up in the system in the way he entered it on the phone. Was very rude and definitely will not be going back. The manager doesn’t need to be a manager or needs to not have a job in customer service."

"Customer service is trash. I placed a mobile order and went inside to get it. I waited 15 minutes for anyone to even speak to me at all. If they were busy I'd understand, but the lady walked into the back on her phone and went into the kitchen a few times before even acknowledging my existence. She wasn't rude, but the wait was extremely uncalled for"

"We’ve eaten inside, and got our meal through the drive through. Our orders are always correct, hot and delicious. We go out of our way to hit the Mt Vernon TB because we know we’ll be happy with our meal. No surprises, always delish!"

"No soap in the bathroom it’s there but doesn’t work. Long wait at counter no hello or be with you soon. Lady before just got mad left guess she’d been waiting too. Finally got tired of waiting so I had to use kiosk which won’t give me a physical receipt. Ordered two of the skimpiest burritos I ever received. Basically three pieces of cubed chicken no other ingredients see pick. Not a very good visit. Had to ask for my cup. Just not good. Sorry"
