Dollar General

"Pulled onto the lot at 9:35 pm (8/8/22) to get my daughter a fan so she could sleep and the employee was locking the door. 25 minutes early. Didn't even ask if we could make it quick."

"Came in recently and qlot of stores ive been to lately have had some bare shelves but the dollar general on 4th definitly is my go to for groceries and way more affordabke milk, the staff are positive and friendly and make me feel welcome and like family,always know where things i need are and great deals"

"I don't even think this store deserves 1 star (but it won't let me post without a rating)I walked in and fell the floor was wet and there were no wet floor signs out. What really got me though was I told the cashier they should put out wet floor signs or a rug and 2 male customers proceeds to threaten me while the employees said nothing. So I just left the store in fear for my safety and I will never step foot in there again. And Corporate will be hearing from me."

"This store manager was so mad because of a situation involving my dad calling and asking her, if they had a product in stock. When I arrived and there wasn't that product I explained the situation. I was called a liar at the register. And there were well over 15 people waiting in line. That she grabbed my items and told me to get out of her store. And when I didn't get out fast enough because I'm handicapped and on a walker, she yelled it again and threatened to call the police. She needs to learn how to treat disabled elderly people. So unprofessional. The cashiers were embarrassed and I was in tears. I've never been treated this way"

"This store has only been open, maybe, two years and every time I've gone in I instantly think "My goodness, this place is so run down". I don't think new stock has ever been put away; trip hazards everywhere. Tonight it seemed as though two people were working, one a manager (who was outside smoking when I first arrived) and a cashier. I spent about five minutes finding the stuff I had come for, get in line (4 people in front of me) , and start the long wait. Now there are five people behind me and still no manager. Other customers started questioning how many people were working and someone suggested going outside and retrieving the manager and someone did. She came in and it was apparent she was irritated by the way she was scanning and bagging items. Come on DG you can do better."
