"Stay away from this dealership if you don’t want screwed. They will lie to you every step the way. They even went as far as telling me to drive illegally with expired temp tags. When I bought the vehicle they told me I would receive plates in the mail within 6 weeks. Randy the salesman even told me that if they do not show up 2 days before the temp expires to reach out and they will help. We did that. Several days went by and Randy failed to follow up with a resolution. I call him again today and his solution is to tell me to just drive illegally with expired tags! Now they tell me i have to wait on an email and go buy plates! Also, the infotainment system has never worked properly. 6 weeks later still I get no where but the run around. This dealer didn't even bother clearing the previous owners personal info out of the system and even left personal documents with the previous owners names and address in the glove box! Then to top it off, the first time i brought the vehicle to the car wash it blew a large chunk of paint off the hood where they had previously touched up a rock chip. Thats another $1500 out of my pocket. I recommend staying away if you don’t want terrible service and a total ripoff! Jim the manager doesnt care either. He says he might get me a loaner in a few days, maybe, if he can find time and staff. Completely ridiculous! $40k for a vehicle I can’t even drive!"
