"So I went to this location today to make a change to one of my accounts. The teller asked me if she can help me so I told her what I needed. She said "let me see if a banker is available" I saw her ask a lady that was sitting down who did not have a customer. She came back and said all the bankers are busy all day today so they will not be able to help you. Mind you the lobby was empty and there was only one customer with a banker. She asked if she can take my name and number and someone would call me back to schedule an appointment. I gave her my information. I was with my daughter so my daughter suggested we go to another location, so we did. We went to the one in Willowcreek Rd in Portage, IN. They were super busy there! I waited in line for a teller as the bankers were all busy. I told the teller my needs and he said "sure have a seat and I'll get a banker for you shortly". A banker assisted me within 5 minutes. He was very nice and my transaction only took about 10 minutes. The Willowcreek location went above and beyond. This location did not go above and beyond, instead they sent me away when there was only one customer! Poor customer service!"
