"I have a business. I cam in to talk to Evelyn. She was completely incompetent. You can tell she is a product of the school system and is happy to get a paycheck. The other ladies there were nice. If I had a business and Evelyn worked there I would fire her right away. Or at least never let her talk to customers. Chase is not a bank I will do business with again.. At all levels the incompetence is rampant. They do not care about small business at all."

"Atm is literally always down when I go to this location. There’s literally ONE location in Hobart and they can’t even one of their ATMs working. This has happened MULTIPLE TIMES and I am honestly sick of it. I work in Chicago and anytime I go to an ATM there it is working. Yes you heard that right, Chicago!!! So why is it that Hobart cannot keep a working atm? What type of employees are working here that they do not care about their customers. Ridiculous!!! You guys need to fix it or I am going to switch banks!"
"The best customer service the way it should be when it comes to service. I've never delt with an employee there who didn't go out of there way to help. I've has so many bad experiences at other locations that I go out of my way to got to Hobart when others are closer. I needed pesos and the personal banker called several locations to see if I could get them that day. Please stay open you guys are the best. I've had other locations tell me they can't when it comes to anything extra not Hobart. Thanks guys."
