"I was given very helpful and friendly service through the entire process of getting my unit rented, and that was the last time my experience was anything besides poor. I tried to call 5 times the first day I had my unit because the unit I was assigned was already in use. I was unable to get a hold of anyone because I guess the call center doesn't answer calls an hour before closing time. The next day it took another 3 calls to get someone who knew how to transfer calls without hanging up and I got my new unit. I inspected the unit after I removed the green tag on the latch and then I found it to have quite a few mud wasp nests that I figured I could spray at night so I unloaded my truck in 95°f+ and when I tried to close the door to the unit and lock it, the mechanism was broken in a way that made the lock useless. It was a handle with nothing to lock to. When I called and explained my issue and frustration that I not only had gone through all the aforementioned issues, but now (still) had to load my truck back up, and all the representative had to say was "what is the number of the supposed unit number?" As I was walking around I noticed that some other units had green tags and those units also had broken latches. That was when inrealized they gave me a known broken unit after giving me one that was taken by someone else. At this point I said I quit and demanded a refund that took another 3 calls for a total of 11 calls with this nightmare of a company. They stated they could not give me a refund the same day because it was not the same day I got my unit. Even though it was the same day I got my transfer and signed a new lease. Do yourself a favor and find a place with an office on site and real people. Nobody is taking care of these places that have nobody working them. I wish I could take stars away from this rating."

"First time renting with them. I had a awful experience. Went to the office to rent a unit because I was paying cash. The lady behind the desk was very nice but didn't know what she was doing. She also doesn't know the area very well too. She gave me a unit told me it was in Bristol. Drove all the way there to find out she put me in a unit 70 miles away. So I called and got someone in FL telling me she can't do anything that I had to gobback to the office. Went back told her what happened. She gives me another unit supposedly at the same place but this time I explained to her that until is not in Bristol but Elkhart. I get to the right storage place only to find out the unit she gamevhas a lock on it. Called FL again. They gave me a new unit I was able to use but I had to go back to the office on Monday morning to get the paperwork straightened out. I got prorated for my unit by 9 dollars. And that was by the district manager. They helped me the best way they could but I will never rent through them again."
