They e-mail 30 minutes before my pickup window to tell me my order was delayed. Then they e-mail me an hour later that my order was canceled with no explanation of why. "It use to be a good, clean store, but in the past year it's become very dirty and disorganized. The floors are always filthy, there are the carts that block the aisles. Sometimes to the point that you can't get down the entire aisle! Too many items are not on the shelves which says someone's not ordering like they should. I've gone more than once to see two or three employees smoking outside the front door and no one rushed in when a customer went in."
