"I need to put the town of hebron and their crooked tow practices on blast along with southlake auto. During a -7 degree 50 mile per hour wind blizzard my daughter's boyfriend got ran off of the road Friday early evening on 500 and got stuck. They left the car and luckily a good samaritan stopped and gave them a ride to my parents house. 2 emergency vehicles drive right past them and offered no help to these 2 stranded teenagers. We came back the next morning to get the car and Southlake towing stole the car and reported to the police that he hit a mailbox which he did not. He had previous damage from an accident 2 months prior. They refused to let his car go until today with $100 going to the police and approximately $400 going to the tow company. What a scam this city has going!!! Way to ruin someone's Christmas with your bogus lies and money grab!! Unfortunately there is nothing we can do because you can't fight the local law enforcement and their crooked tow company. This is theft no doubt and they should be ashamed of taking advantage of my kids and a marine not to mention. We will be seeking legal action and contacting the BBB regarding the practices of Southlake auto. This is not acceptable and this will not just be swept under the rug. You should be ashamed!!"
