"My name is Michael. And I'm a truck driver. I stay out 4 weeks at a time while I'm putting my family on hold, so I can pick up and deliver food, medical, water, fuel, whatever the product might be. This is a delightful feeling like your treated like family instead of a number or a headache. My waitress was very sincere and happy with a big smile and friendly. The restaurant is very clean and the chef was very curious how my T-bone steak was and how it was cooked. If I could give this family Restaurant 10 stars it wouldn't be enough. Thank you very much for the wonderful meal and the appreciation of being appreciated. Thank you Denny's and my wonderful waitress Ms. Erica. Sincerely Mr. ORR"
"Food was amazing. I had the strawberry cream brioche french toast. My kids liked all the choices with a jr grand slam and the birthday sprinkle pancakes."
"Ordered three breakfasts on Christmas day. The order was complete. It was cooked well. Timely and the pick up service was good. Overall good experience for a Christmas day."
"Had a pickup order for a cheeseburger and fries for me, my fiancé had an order of blueberry pancakes. The quality of food was great altogether. Nicely made and everything was fresh. This isn’t always the case but I encourage this location to keep up the good work and stay consistent! This order was almost perfect if they hadn’t forgot my drink to go. The entire order was to go and I did forget to mention it as well. The staff was friendly and wished me happy holidays. I’d definitely return again here."
"When we were sat, the first thing the waitress did was rattle off a list of things they don’t have (brisket, veg medley, milk shakes, and onion rings) okay, things run out, I get that. Still disappointing. She took our drink order, all fountain pops. That took 10 minutes to get. There were at least 3 servers working and less than 10 tables sat. So that wait time was excessive. We ordered 2 orders of 10 pancake puppies. They came out way over cooked. Then the actual dinners arrived. The bourbon chicken skillet had about 1/2 the chicken it should’ve on it. The mile high Denver omelette was slopped together with half a slice of cheese hanging o out on the plate with burnt toast. The country fried steak dinner tasted like old grease and tons of salt as did the chicken fried chicken. We were all hungry so we tried to eat it, but we left half or more of our food. We told the server about the greasy salty plates since those 2 couldn’t eat more than a few bites. She took those 2 plates off our table. It took the server 15-20 minutes to find the manager. The managers name was Amanda. We know that because we could hear our server asking every other employee if they knew where she was. We got tired of waiting and just went to the register so we could leave. We heard our server loudly say to someone “don’t worry about it I’ll take care of it”. She came to cash us out. She said her manager said she could remove one of those meals. I feel both should’ve been removed considering they were removed from our table with only a few bites out of them. We didn’t even Speak to a manager. As a manager myself, I feel this was extremely unprofessional and she needs to be reprimanded. Missing from the store for 20 minutes is wild, but to not even address the issue to the customer is ridiculous. I couldn’t tell you what she even looks like, that’s how much presence she had on the floor. I went to the website to contact privately first, but the form says I must put the store number, but there’s no box to put that in. So here we are. Attached are a few photos of how the food looked that was brought to us that you could visually see an issue."
