Terre Haute Casino Resort

"Have been waiting for a call/email from Terre Haute Casino regarding our stay. Has been almost 2 months, no follow up. So putting out there. Stay was June 28-30. Hotel rooms were lovely - we saw 2 different ones due to someone sleeping in the bed of our first room we checked into. My, was that shocking - probably for both parties involved!! Went back downstairs and the front desk apologized and gave us a new room. No follow up from management regarding this either. Thankfully , no issues with new room. Otherwise, room was spacious and clean. However, left a bit of sour taste for our weekend . Kept thinking someone may come into our room while we were sleeping or away. I know you were brand new, but this type of thing should not occur, especially when hotel is not fully booked. Do better Terre Haute Casino"

"Went there for a day with my fiancé! Surprised us with a 100$ fee to stay, glad we had the money for it lol! (Still haven’t received it back but it’s only been 25 hours) went to soda shoppe and it was okay, great drunk food but slow and expensive, probably bring your own food would be smarter. Drinks by the pool are limited but good. Room was clean and provided plenty coffee choices. Queens beans also had good coffee and fruit cups. Check ins at 4:00pm, check out is 11:00am. If you want to swim a lot a two night stay is definitely needed, but we got enough for ourselves. The view from the room was disappointing but not the worst!"

"I've been waiting for this place to open as I travel often to my son who is in college. I stayed in May, a week after opening. Yes, reservation, check-in, etc wasn't smooth - it's a brand new place, things were still settling down, people needed more training, etc. But, it's absolutely GORGEOUS and LUXURIOUS. It's definitely the best HOTEL in town. - Beutiful contemporary design - Gigantic 455 sq.f. room - we stayed at Luxury Double Queen - Huge Bathroom with Shower - Fridge + Cofee maker + free water - Large closet + iron + iron board - Corner Arm Chair with small table - extra large TV - nice desk/office chair if you need to do some work Unlike many hotels in town, that are closer to large roads and noisy, this one is quiet. I didn't have time to experience food and casino. We stayed 2 nights, 3 days."

"Really nice, clean facility. Designated smoking area so it doesn’t smell inside. Lots of games to choose from. Stayed in a room in the Resort and it’s absolutely beautiful. Very spacious and clean. Will definitely be back again."

"The hotel is finally open!! The rooms are big and everything is clean! We did have to wait a couple of hours before we could get our rooms. We even had a reservation. Check in is at 4pm, but our room wasn't ready until 6pm. Keep in mind that the hotel is 21 & over. Which means no kids or anyone under 21 is allowed to stay at the hotel. Also, the pool wasn't finished when we stayed at the hotel. There is also no smoking in the hotel either."
