"Fast & easy"
"Banking wise, I have been with them for around five years now and have no complaints (other than the spending limits/ ATM limits and being locked out of my accounts on the weekend at times as I need to call to the standard business week hours to unlock... Which is a problem with any bank who caters to a 12 hour dayshift and not the current 24 hour world). That being said, if you are a customer who needs a notary avoid THSB (or, at least, this location) and just spend the $10 at the UPS store. I needed some documents notarized for my home mortgage and had a legal name change many years ago (because I hated my former name and it stresses me out to hear it said out loud) and the notary was wanting a physical copy of the court order (which I had a virtual copy on my personal cellular device readily available). That and the wrong pronouns (my government ID clearly stated "female", with my former name being spoken out loud several times I thanked them for their time (aka wasting mine) and went to the UPS store who notarized them with just my government ID, no hassle, and plenty of respect... Didn't say my former name or wrong pronouns once at the UPS store!"
"The staff is friendly and knowledgeable about bankly things :). Plus no monthly savings account fee! Come on now this is a great bank!"
