"Our waitress was horrible. She did not give us silverware or napkins. We were almost finished eatig when she came by and I asked for napkins. She never brought them to us. I ordered a cup of vegetable soup and when she brought our order out she informed me they only had potato soup. Worst service we have experienced at Cracker Barrel."
"At this location i only went in for a snack and potty break. i drove from Texas to Indiana to see family. This location was the Best one out of 3 locations i stopped at in 9 days. Way to do the Hoosiers proud! and you are the only location to offer and set me up as a rewards member!!"
"I have dined in and carried food out from this establishment multiple times. The experiences I’ve had with the staff have been okay, but whenever I am seated in Becky’s section I always get top notch service. She is hands down the BEST addition to the staff. She is so friendly and personable, and this is sincere. You can tell she actually cares. This girl needs a promotion!"
"I have had less favorable visits to other locations recently but as weary travelers with kids, this seemed like an ok option. This location restored my faith in Cracker Barrel!!! Generous portions, above and beyond fast and friendly service. We are all leaving full and happy. Grilled chicken special, meatloaf, chicken and dumplins, grilled apples, and fresh salad were all winners!"
"I ordered the grilled catfish with loaded baked potato, corn and broccoli. I asked for utensils. I ordered my baked potato plain, it came with tons of bacon and cheese. The corn was inedible. Over cooked, hard. I didn’t get eating utensils. I received about 4 pieces of broccoli, the catfish…well it was edible but for “grilled “ it was soggy and wet. I had to wait for my order so the waitresses could get tip money and chat about what happened prior in the day. I wouldn’t recommend this Cracker Barrel at all!!!"
