"Not sure what's going on at the pimento sunoco. The last time I was in there, "5 months or so". I got my usual stuff from the hot bar. Everything was over cooked. The bar was dirty, the glass wasn't clean like it usually was. The men's restroom was a wreck, the convenience store area floors were dirty. The cash register counter was cluttered. Sad!"

"I put a review with my other Google Account. I came back to see that there was one review added after my last review which gave a 5 star review and said pretty much all of the opposites of what I addressed in that review. I noticed that the only two places that person (Jason Hanning) had reviewed were both gas stations owned by the same people. So, I'm guessing that they are affiliated with the gas stations or must be the owner. All of the things they said (friendly staff, always wearing a mask, etc.) have not been true for me every time I have been in there over the past few months as well as for my friends and family every time they have been in there. I'm glad that they get on and check their Google reviews, but maybe they can get to the point of actually fixing the things they are doing wrong rather than lying about them and pretending to be a customer."

"We lived by this place back when it first opened years ago. We had always gone to it and found that the staff was generally pretty nice and familiar. Now, they apparently sold the business and it is full of a bunch of emotionless employees who don’t know how to wear masks during a pandemic. We won’t be going back. I’d be willing to pay a little more for the convenience of items at this place if the staff was nicer, but I’d rather drive up the road a few miles and get better service elsewhere. If anyone is curious, the other gas station previously owned by them (Country Mark) is also apparently sold to the same people so they also have emotionless employees with terrible service."
