"Ample parking with handicapped spaces. Membership prices reasonable, more so with the Plus membership with free shipping on many items, early shopping and free curbside pick up. The staff is courteous and helpful. Bathrooms kept clean and stocked. Food court and seating available. Good for bulk shop savings while individual items are cost comparable with other stores. I am made to feel like a criminal while having to wait until my cart is scanned and checked before I can exit the store. Why? About that free curbside perk. A number to call is not provided on the sign at pick up, one must use the Sam's Club App. If I am having to reach for my phone, I would rather call inside knowing someone in there is aware I am awaiting pick up. Instead, I have to reach for my phone, open an app or install it, input the required information and then wait, hoping someone is aware I am awaiting pickup. If not, time goes by and I am inputting again and the story starts over until someone finally comes out. I don't consider it much of a perk and having to use ANY app irritates the hell out of me. If it is required to install an app in order to conduct business with a store it should be stated as being required so I can opt out. It is not stated and as such should not be required for curb side pickup. Technology takes three steps forward, two steps back, over and over again with companies dictating to the consumer what they shall install on their phones. Those apps require consumers to hand over all sorts of permissions. I have read reviews where people who complain about the lack of employees available to assist are told by other reviewers to install the store's app and assist themselves. What?? I'm supposing the next step is to do away with human beings altogether in favor of the almighty app on a phone, and to those behind that app. Get a grip people. A phone is a phone - it is not a life. As I said, this whole App thing with companies irritates the hell out of me. The fact this store requires it for a membership perk along with being detained while trying to exit is enough to keep me from renewing my membership."

"If I could give zero stars I would, long time employees are set in their ways and are rude to customers and employees, especially if you are of a different race. Employees and management are known to go out of their way to target different races. This place needs to be exposed."

"The employee named Brandy pictured below harassed my wife and I today when we came in to buy groceries and we also bought wine. As we were checking out and scanning our groceries, she sat and watched us scan every item then walked away once we finished. But my wife forgot her I.D. So she said I can’t buy the wine which is fine. So we went back to the car to grab her I.D. then went back to purchase the wine and Brandy (pictured below) made a point to stop what she was doing and come over to the register and say “I can’t let you buy that, you have to come back tomorrow” so she sat there staring at my me and would not accept the age verification on the screen. I had to get a manager (named Jeannette) to come over and resolve the situation. The manager just asked for the I.D.s and let us purchase the wine. Im confused on why Brandy was so rude and adamant not to let us purchase the wine. She caused a scene and basically harassed my wife and I. I also told the manager I was going to leave a review and I asked for the other employee’s name and Brandy came her and said “it’s Brandy, with a Y” she was being a smart aleck. Just like every one else, I pay a membership to shop here and I don’t feel like no one should be treated that way. I’m extremely disappointed with the customer service."

"Always clean and people always helpful. The scan and pay option is great bc I don't like standing in lines. Lol Have revisited since and it's still clean as always. They have wonderful produce as well."
