"Last year my mom's headstone didn't have one blade of grass left untrimmed. Now it looks like they only mow the main paths. Please start using a trimmer or something around the graves again."
"It's been over 7 months since my father died. It's been over 5 months since we paid in full for the headstone, pouring of the base, and mounting of the headstone. The headstone has been ready for 6-8 weeks. The base for the headstone has still not been poured. Repeated calls have been made to the funeral director. In speaking with the funeral home, this is a common complaint by families of this cemetery. Client services need to be improved."
