Gawd awful craftsmanship on my brand new Stryker 3316 which ended up being a total loss due to a roof leak made me sure to never make this mistake again!"

"I purchased a brand new ST2916 2022 Stryker Toy Hauler from Parris RV in Utah. It has been the worst trailer, I have ever purchased. I am 2 years into having this trailer and has been to service more times than I have stated in the trailer. The toilet was installed incorrectly, while fixing it a recall came out on it, the radio wasn’t even placed correctly into the holder, the back door gate needed replaced because it was bent and didn’t match , the main window was installed without a lock, the gas gauge was not hooked up, The roof membrane is cut to short around my skylight and the manufacturer won't cover it. Because the manufacturer warranty has expired and the extended warranty won't cover. I know a lot of Stryker owners that have had numerous issues as well. DO NOT RECOMMEND PURCHASING. I purchased at $69,000 brand new and have tried to trade it in since and was only offered $42,000 high book. AGAIN, do not recommend!"

"We bought our 2022 Cruiser MPG Ultra Lite camper back in March of this year, 2023. Since we took the camper home, there have been too many issues that have been happening with this camper, that really should not have been happening when you spend over $40,000 for an item, and all within 5 months of the purchase. The first place to start is the quality and craftsmanship of this camper was absolute garbage. There were so many hidden things wrong, that was missed when we first looked at the camper with the salesman and during the walk-through. There were staples coming out of the top window coverings that were longer than an inch. I have children, and one that is autistic, and that would have been a severe hazard if he were to stick his arm somehow in there. Besides, those staples did nothing to what they were meant for, to hold those decorative pieces in place. There were scratches on the stove, and small dents that you can tell was during installation, along with the hood vent over the stove. Once we got our camper home, we were putting linens on the bed, and found a large tear on the mattress. We were told that this would not be replaced! That is unacceptable! Then we have been finding that every door inside that camper, where there are storage compartments, is falling apart! The panels are falling off the doors. We are now having wiring starting to fall from where our stabilizers on the front are located. When we conducted the walk-through, we were told that we had 90 days to bring up all of our issues. We made the appointment, and when we showed, we were told that we can only list up to 10 items! We had WAY more than 10. Probable closer to 20! Now, our hitch and weight distribution are starting to bend, and fall apart. These were what we were told to buy and installed by the technicians at Camping World. When you purchase an item for $40,000, there is an expectation that there is some quality assurance, and in this case, there was nothing! We know that Camping World did not manufacture this camper, that would be Cruiser RV. But Camping World is selling their products, and there should have been a proper inspection conduct on the camper when it arrived on the lot, and these issues should have been addressed. Any issues that come up afterwards should be addressed as well. If more issues arise, than there should be some way for us to have our camper replaced! There are some items that can be understood as normal wear and tear, but we are the first owners of this camper, and the number of issues that we are having is unacceptable, especially if we cannot have ALL items fixed! It has been a frustrating experience, to the point that my fiancé and I are not happy staying in our camper! We should want to live in the darn thing, and we are not happy to spend a weekend. My fiancé and I are not looking for any type of handout, or looking for anything for free, we just want quality in an item that costs $40,000, we are hoping that this issue can be resolved, and we hope that this can be a learning situation for everyone involved."

"Have you ever seen such poor craftsmanship where a 6' door is off plumb by that much from the installer? The doorway was crooked that the installers at the factory bent the prehung door frame to fit their leaning framing. They had even gone so far as to recut the strike plate instead of fixing it the right way. There was a 3/4" gap on the top of one side where the light and bugs came and went freely. "If I could give 0 stars, I would. I am beyond disappointed and frustrated with this company, their customer service, and production of the travel trailer we purchased. My husband is active duty military and with very last minute orders and the housing market being the way it is, we decided to buy an RV to live in; yay! Or so we thought. Since receiving our brand new 2022, TT (less than 3 months ago) we have had problem after problem with NO resolution! The customer service is a JOKE and some of the most rude people I have ever spoken to. Besides the horrendous customer service, our BRAND NEW travel trailer is quickly deteriorating around us. To add to our stress they REFUSE to send anyone to fix our problems and want us to DRIVE a broken trailer almost 4 hours away to have someone look at it. The water heater and pump have BOTH gone out, the wood fixtures are falling off the walls as well as the valances, the shower is bowing in, both sinks leak, the wood slide under the master bed has almost broken completely, the fresh water tank also fell through the belly of the trailer today (yayy) and my list goes on. Since your customer service people have decided to tell me it's "just cosmetic" (some of it is, most is mainly just poor work, see pictures for all the cosmetic damage) I'm leaving a review in HOPES that you make this right! I am disgusted with this company and their ethics."
