Welcome to the Lowell Town Court

Located at 501 East Main Street, Lowell, Indiana 46356, the Lowell Town Court is a vital part of our local government, dedicated to serving the community by upholding justice and ensuring public safety. Our court handles all ordinance and traffic violations processed through the local court system, as well as misdemeanor criminal offenses and Department of Natural Resources (DNR) violations.

Court sessions are typically held on the second, third, and fourth Wednesday of each month. It is mandatory for individuals who were 18 or younger at the time their ticket was issued to attend court. We emphasize the importance of proper attire when attending court sessions.

For your convenience, we accept payments in the form of cash or money orders only; we do not accept credit or debit cards.
