I went in had a coupon and they refused to accept it bc the owner doesn't want that.... well POST it so someone like me doesn't go through the whole process of getting a sandwich and then told I can't use it. So what leave the food there?? How is that better or ok??? Just gross you don't make enough money so take it out on customers. Just post the sign sorry if your embarrassed of your own policy just let us know in advance .... gross"

"I hate this Subway and the one in Cedar Lake. They never take coupons or honor any of the Subway promotions. Not sure why people still give them their business but I guess to each his own. They'll never see my money again!!!"
"I dislike that they don't take any coupons. The prices have skyrocketed for the same old same stuff offered. Many times the young females working there are too involved in their own conversations to listen to the order and I have to repeat myself several times for my order. In a pinch or when the kids have sports it does make for a decent but expensive dinner."
