She worked with us for a week until we could get there to test drive it, she had everything ready to go for us. We showed up on a Saturday and test drove it and bought it and took it home that day. Everything went great. We bought this Expedition as is with no warranty. 7 days later the air conditioner stopped working in the front, it wouldn't blow any air out at all.
