"These were the most awful employees I have possibly ever met. I made 8 trips to Mike's before giving up and just letting them have my title in order to jus get my purse back out of it. The last trip there was a kind of older lady there who was helpful, but that was the only person on that place that was even the least but respectful. They absolutely did everything in their power to ensure that I was not able to get my vehicle back from them."
