"Our roof had a lot of damage in a storm from 2023 so I made a call to DMG Realty. I contracted with them & we got the paperwork with insurance started right away. Our homeowners insurance has put alot of stops in finalizing payments multiple times but here we are in August of 2024 finally with our finished roof! There were many forces behind Pablo helping out. I can't stress enough the appreciation for all the time put into scheduling, calling, confirming, visiting, emailing, REscheduling(insurance & sometimes me) to get us with a new roof. Paula for the patience in all the questions I randomly had; Roberto in dealing with the home visits; and the rest of the men whose names I truly didn't catch. A huge shout out to the contracted team who installed the roof contracted by DMG. Oscar, Lencho and the other men worked extra hard in the Chicago heat we had the past few days! They were exceptionally polite, friendly, and me being nosey, patient with some random questions I had. They left everything cleaned up very well around our property when they were done as well. Thank you to everyone who helped us out!"

"Horrible!!!!!! We had a house for sale through them. Unfortunately, it caught fire. They "helped" board the house because the Real estate agent said not to have anyone else help board it up that they were going to take care of it and send the invoice to our insurance company and we had nothing to worry. Now they're charging US and threatening to send us to collections. When they said it was all going through insurance! Just horrible place!"
