"This is the 3rd time we have come here during open hours and the door is locked. This time I even called before coming, to confirm they were open and the door was locked. I was told that they close at 840pm not 9 as it states online. I am a 4th generation Highland resident and I will no longer be a customer of this location. I will drive down to Munster who is open 24hrs and has a friendly staff."

"I just visited this store to buy my son a strawberry sundae. First off they had no strawberry ice cream, I can understand that, it happens. I get to pay, the cashier was extremely rude. Didn't greet me, and didn't give me my receipt! On top of that we didn't get a spoon to eat with my Sundae, and when I asked them for a spoon they said they had no spoons! How do you not have a spoon to give people to eat ice cream??? When I asked them that, they walked away from the window and ignored me. That is UNEXCEPTABLE customer service!! And when they finally found 1, the employee was wiping it off like it was dirty and she took it from somewhere else! Disgusting!"

"First time trying this one. Ordered a sundae that consisted of 2 scoops of ice cream, and 2 of the 2 scoops of rainbow sherbet on a waffle cone. The sundae barely had caramel on it or nuts. The waffle cones were stale and so old that the Baskin Robbin paper wrapping was literally stuck to it as if it’d been on there for weeks. I had asked for an additional spoon and cup because I planned on taking my cone and dumping it into the cup and when I did, there weren’t even 2 scoops, looked like 1. Overall, definitely not satisfied and will not be back."

"Second shift! Outstanding customer service and the drive through is very quick. These employees stop what they are doing to answer any question. They are very friendly , the floors, the tables & washroom's are very clean. The first shift are rude and sloppy and they spend more time talking about what happened at a party or at home then keeping customers happy. I give the second shift a ten star rating cause they are very well trained and they value their jobs as well as the customers."
