"Never seen a Taco bell ran so crappy. Who serves breakfast and dosnt open until 9am ? Every time I stop which ain't much the prices go up and service gets worse. Not even coming to this one anymore"

"We have given this place so many chances and more often than not they have failed miserably. As mentioned elsewhere in the comments we too have waited in line for over an hour. On that particular visit all the burritos were made incorrectly. All. In fact, only one of like 8 burritos had beans on them. lol... When we went back to have it corrected they were apparently making beans...? and we had to wait another half hour and there was SO MUCH RICE IN EVERY ONE, presumably to make up for limited beans. On another occasion we ordered burritos fresca style and the person at the window asked us what that meant. Apparently they had just started and had zero supervision. Similarly, on another visit we were told that they put milk in their guacamole for god knows why so it's not dairy free like the website advertises. This location seems to misrepresent menu items/ingredients and has a high turnover rate and the employees seem poorly trained. Avoid."

"I ordered 2 large size nacho fries, and I got a large container, but Maria, which she said is also the manager, filled the fries with less than medium size. I asked her to please put the correct amount, but she refused. I asked her to refund me. She gave me only for 1, she even tried to steal my money too. In the end, I got the whole refund. Do not go to this Taco Bell, they have unbelievable bad service. I don't believe Maria was the manager, she lied. Whoever is in charge of this place better make some changes before you lose a lot more customers."

"I normally do not do this. We waited almost 30 + minutes for 3 simple meals, 2 were box meals. 2 friends & I placed our orders online then drove to the window to pick up. We were told to pull around to the front to wait for potatoes to finish, which was no problem. Then 3 employees decided to eat their lunch, in front of the window where we parked the car, before they even touched our order. I'm not complaining they took a lunch break, it was just bizarre that they took it after our order, then made us watch them eat for twenty minutes. We should have left then. There were 4 people, so I don't understand why 3/4 had to take their lunch break instead of teams of 2. There was one guy in the back, but when he gave us our food it was over cooked (the chalupa shell was like a rock & my friend chipped her tooth) AND somehow it was still cold. I felt bad for everyone. Normally this is my go to Taco Bell, but this was wild. I saw people go to the order window and leave, because no one was tending it. I wish we'd done the same!"
