"We bought a go-kart for cash, the next day we gave it back because it turned out to be broken, the return policy clearly shows that if you paid cash, they give back the cash, but from the beginning the manager came who couldn't do the return, she called another person who explained everything to her, it turned out that we will get a check in the mail within 7 days, when we demanded a cash refund, the manager called the police. What kind of manager does not know the store policy, not to mention return"

"I would have given more stars but that wasn't an option. What a great experience I had with Daniel Gregg who normally works in your Plymouth Indiana store but was out here in St John for some training. I probably looked a little lost as this store is set up different than the Merrillville or Valpo store which I usually shop at. Since he doesn't normally work in this store and his store is set up differently we had a lot of fun looking for the plumbing tools together. He'll make a fine manager for the company one day if somebody doesn't come in and recruit him out from under you. One of the things I love about tractor supply is this company seems to attract good quality people and I always have a good time shopping here. My visit here today kind of made my day, it's like I met a new friend. If I'm ever driving through Plymouth you bet your a## I'll be stopping at that tractor supply, and he better be working that day. Thanks again Daniel."

"Called store to ask about puppy playpen. Lady was so informative I put pup in car and went right over. The 2 ladies and gentleman were AWSOME!!! I wish I would have got their names.
