"This property management company is extremely unreliable and neglects the property entirely. Over the past three months, I've reached out multiple times about a persistent ceiling leak in my bathroom, but they have yet to provide a permanent solution. I've also had to email them about lawn care and rodent issues because the property appears abandoned. Despite paying my rent on time every month and maintaining my unit well, urgent matters like an active leak are not addressed promptly. Countless calls and emails have gone unanswered. This company is highly unprofessional and shows no regard for the property or its tenants, likely because they don't have to live with these issues themselves."

"Latoya Jude is Unprofessional property manager That she don’t have people skills that she don’t know how to talk to anyone because I am one of her Resident that live at 7254 s Jeffery Blvd she doesn’t care about this building at all because I kept making Complaints to her that she said it’s out of her hands that she wants me to keep calling the police police that I told her these people keeps harassing me that she don’t want to do nothing about it today at 10:59 AM. Latoya called me and told me that she evicted me immediately that she wanted me to leave out the building and I told her that she had to give me a 30 day notice, and when I was still talking to her, she hang up the phone on me That was rude of her. I’m doing that Latoya do not need to work at New city property management at all. That’s how really feel. Because she making it Bad on her colleagues that she got a bad reputation I cannot stand Latoya at all, and nobody can tell me what I can say about Latoya Jude at all Because there’s no stars because she does need to understand That I have sleep apnea that I will stop breathing in my sleep Don’t care about my health issues at all Latoya Jude need to get fired for real Because so many murders in this building itself I been here going on 2 year it’s not safe for my son to see me here at all Latoya Jude do not care about her tenants at all"

Anyone looking for a responsive, well managed , friendly company this is for you this will be the 2nd lease I've signed and I'm excited to stay for the future !
