"Do not rent uhaul truck from here. I reserved a truck for 1pm. I got here at 1:10 and the guy was renting out the only truck they had on the lot which was already reserved for me. Was told another truck 15 mins away. Waited 20 mins no show, guy here moved my reservation 3 miles away and when I got there no attendant was there to rent out truck. Go and reserve at actual Uhaul not 3rd party bootleg locations."
