"Rude and disgusting! Pump was broken and the African American man at the register was slow and rude not helpful. He expected me to know how to use a broken pump? Fix it Speedway or everyone will go to your competitors because trust me there’s a lot more gas stations to choose from around here."

"Extremely rude and lying staff members. Where do I start ? I paid for a car wash supposed to be touch-less but that’s a lie. The machine malfunctioned in mid car wash and smack my car causing damage to the driver side hood. All the staff members lied about the footage because if they sent in the footage they would’ve clearly seen my vehicle being stuck by their machine. Corporate sent me a letter stating they are not responsible for the damage their car wash caused to my vehicle. So when I went into the speed way to speak to the manage the moment I walked in I slip and fall on their wet floor. All the staff member laughed at me and was telling me the floor isn’t wet . But it was they even had a wet floor sign all the way in the corner where no one can see it. This is one of the worst speedway owned by 7-eleven! They will not do the right thing save your money and time don’t go there , not to mention don’t use their car wash it isn’t safe . At Cynthia Boring dropped the ball and didn’t do her job ! This matter will escalate . The machine malfunctioned while I was in the it’s clearly on camera of their machine striking my Jeep which caused damage to the hood of my car! Everyone see how they tear their paying customers don’t use that car wash"

"Rude, slow, unhelpful and chorlish 4 ppl working 1 on register 15 minutes in que with 3 ppl ahead of me. Dirty, stinky and the roller foods are always old or depleted. Worst speedway In the state. The manager at 5am has horrible customer service. Liked it better when it was gas city"

"Extremely rude costumer service Al would be very disappointed of this location. I was trying to ask a question about a deal for mix and match and the guy at the register acted like he didn't speak the language when I clearly heard him talk to someone else. As a former manager no matter how tired I was I always nice and polite to all costumers. This location definitely needs to be evaluated by corporate."
