"If you have the patience to get there at least 45 minutes before they open you might get in. After six visits I still was not able to get my car worked on. I didn’t get a call back as promised for repairs. The final straw was getting there at 6:10 and waited until 8 o’clock and it was not opened as advertised at 7 a.m. Very unprofessional I have taken my car to another place"

"They are legendary neighborhood auto service people, but when they get overwhelmed the customer service is lagging. If you can't do the work because of overwhelming business don't keep telling people to come back day after day. If you can't service them its ok.. I got an estimate and was told by the head Guy Alex to come back ,I come back at 7:00 am when they open the next day. There is a line at 6:30 . I was told to come back 4 more times, had the down-payment. I understand if you are busy but just be honest..."

"If I could give it a zero I would. They took my mom’s car in for work and I had to wait 2 and a half months for them to fix it. I left $400 dollars with them as a downpayment on the car they said they would fix for $1400 dollars. I’m not great at math but the balance should be $1,000. The owner ended up charging me $1,400. He basically said he didn’t receive the money. I know now you can’t trust people. They basically stole $400 from my mom. They tried to charge me a storage fee for a car they kept for 2 and a half months. The owner is a jackass. I recommend no one go there for service!"

"Really good work and reasonable prices. Can definitely work on customer service. Very rude and non communicative. Very busy and if you aren't the first 5 or 6 cars they won't take in the car."
