"Very very bad customer service! I called to get leasing information and some white lady answered and was very rude. I asked how long does the $250 move in fee hold the unit she gone turn around and say just out the blue well I mean it's not like we can hold it for a year or anything!!? Like where is that coming from she just talks over you , and very snobby . I called to speak to manager Shavon and told her what happened most people would have apologized or something she said nothing! So that's a bad sign right there I will not. Be leasing from them. So I guess the rest of the reviews misunderstood the bad attitude as well?"

"I would not recommend that anyone rent from First Insight. My experience living in one of their apartments has been like being a member of the Mickey mouse club with the ceiling and walls falling apart! Asking for problems in the apartment to be resolved is almost like asking Donald Trump to part from his money. I only give the one star for Joe, the on site maintenance person, he is very attentive and does what he can."
