"I was looking for another place to get my oil change instead of the dealership. Even with an appointment at the dealership I'm waiting like 2 hours for an oil change service. I search around and looked at the reviews and decided to choose this location in my neighborhood. Glad I did they did a great job and the prices aren't bad. For me I paid the same amount of money as I would at the dealership. (I did timed my service and I was inside the bay at 10:35 and out at 10:50). FYI: Both technicians answered all my questions and yes I did see them putting the oil in my car. No reused oil going on at this location."
"25 Aug 2024 1:50pm Let's see where I should begin: 1. The female employee failed to visually look at my truck's mileage ( she asked me for my mileage), which resulted in her inputting it incorrectly. Now I'm uncertain about when to get a new oil change. 2. The female employee failed to be able to do her job without help from another employee because she could not reach certain things under the hood due to her height. So another employee had to stop their task to assist her. Thankfully, they were not busy at the time 3. The female employee failed to remove the old sticker (which, in my opinion, would have prevented number 1). 4. The female employee had me do her job for her because she gave me my new inaccurate oil change sticker for my windshield. She stated she wasn't going to reach over me in a combative tone. If asked, I had no problem exiting the vehicle so A. She could get proper mileage initially. B. Remove the old sticker, and C. Attach a new sticker with the correct mileage. She had a poor attitude for reasons unknown to me. 5. The female employee failed to include windshield fluid on a $97.00 oil change. Then, when I mentioned it to the senior male employee who was guiding me out (I think his name was D), he said to the female why she didn't include the fluid; she blurted out, "I did put fluid in." I proceeded to twist the wiper level, which activates the fluid distribution to the windshield, and it was just as empty as it was when I came in. D asked me to pop the hood so he could include some, I just declined and exited the garage, disappointed. I even patronized the establishment to begin with. Moreover, when I came across the mileage error, I called only to get no answer plus a full voicemail box. In the end, I was dissatisfied with the limited customer service from Strickland Brothers. I will not return ever, and I will not bring my other vehicles in my possession there for routine maintenance either. I only went here because of the convenience and good reviews. One and done."
