"I work for scr in 2015. Everything was going well at first in then they randomly told me that I can’t drive there equipment and was removed from there system.I ask them why they say they don’t know. I think I was making $10.00 a hour there around that time . Ever since I left scr I became a class A truck driver."

"Being an out of state resident then coming here paying for the paperwork they needed to find out, they couldn’t do my interview because of something that was out of my control is absurd. I’ve heard good things about this company but actually interacting with them is a whole different experience. The job title was bait and the whole interview process is catfish don’t wasted your time like I did. They just missed out on a honest worker."

"If I can give this company no stars I would. When I arrived to the interview no questions was asked they didn’t know if I held a position like this before or hell if I could read a script they immediately offered me the position. It took 3 weeks to actually start. There is two parts to the training. Week one was short because Memorial Day was Monday that’s fine. While in training it was a hot mess the trainer Nicole clearly just got the position because she had years in the system( which she didn’t mind telling us repeatedly) she would say things like “people tried to report me but my boss knows I’m good so they don’t even come to me with it” I knew more of her personal business then about the position. The class was more of jokes n gossip. Week 2 of training I had another woman and we was immediately thrown to the wolves and when we asked for help the trainer was rude and didn’t tell us the reason she had us doing certain things just pointing and telling us what to press no reason on why or how to handle it for future references. I over heard her tell another employee that being a trainer was easy and you get weekend off and leave at 4. Other trainers where not helpful this place need a professional make over. On top of the rude trainers they are over staffed you want people to come to work for them not to have a place to sit. The staff are childish and very disrespectful and petty over trivial things. That’s not the worst thing about SCR the worst thing is they have bed bugs and roaches. We had to put garbage bags on the chairs and carry our belongings in a garbage bag to insure pest didn’t travel home with us that is ridiculous and so wrong. The bathrooms were disgusting and never properly cleaned women would leave their blood on the floors and wiped blood on the walls and the smell was pungent and unpleasant. The janitors never changed the garbage they just emptied the garbage and left the disgusting bag in there. This makes me sad they way they talk to the elderly is a larger issue and needs to be reviewed. This place is full of black people and I see why they label us they way the do cause this place is an example of it."
