"Let's face it. Businesses on the Southside suffer from an unfortunate reputation for poor customer service. As someone who spends the majority of his time in this area of the city, I make it a point to always highlight those shops that defy that reputation, that serve as positive examples of well ordered business. This Auto Zone location was an absolute pleasure to visit! I came in hoping to purchase a few microfiber cloths, but the staff were so incredibly helpful that I decided to go ahead and purchase new windshield wipers so that they could install them on site. Lines were kept to a minimum, every single customer who came in after me was greeted warmly and helped promptly, and the entire length of my visit (including install) was no more than a half hour. I should also add that the product shelves were very well maintained. It was obvious that the staff regularly tidied the stock. This will be my go-to for auto needs moving forward."
