Harold's Chicken of South Holland

"Please hire people who can read the online orders. I order online because calling in takes 15-60 minutes just to order. I order mozzarella sticks and small fries BOTH with mild sauce. Even pay extra for mild on the mozzarella sticks and NEVER get mild on the mozzarella sticks! Its always an issue with this location"

"This was my second time coming the first time wasn’t really good. Food was cold . Yesterday The cashier Precious was so sweet. She answered the phone and was so helpful with the menu. I️ would definitely be visiting again. Food was really good just wish it was more sauce!!!!!!"

"Poor customer service !!! They took my money messed up my order then told me I cannot get a refund, They can't remake or replace my order without the manager's approval. I would have to call back press 3 or 4. Leave a message someone from management will call me back. The first time this happened I left 3 message no called me back that was last month. I decided to give them another try. The young lady that took my order was rude . They messed up the order again. I've ask to speak to a manager at the South Holland and Homewood location. They keep telling me again call back and press # 4 or 3 someone will call you back. I'm not sure if these two locations are under new owners or management, but they have to do better. This is poor customer service."

"I was reading the last review of that person that said how long it took them to fix your food. Well let's talk about the food, I was in there and yes it took a very long time the people that pre-ordered theirs online and pay for it,walked in and walked out.but if they walked in and ordered it seemed like it took forever not only that the food was not that good at all. it was old fish and thawed out microwave chicken wings. I'm a truck driver and I've been driving since 1981 I've been eating at restaurants all over the United States. this Harold's Chicken is the worst chicken I ever had,the worst fish I ever had, they claimed as perch but,it's not is tilapia old frozen Tilapia at that. It was tough. Text of the chicken was not great at all it was tough also and it was cold."

"PLEASE TAKE HEED TO THE REVIEWS. THIS LOCATION IS NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY, GO SOMEPLACE ELSE. I will never go back to this Harold's again. When I walked in there was only 1 person and he was waiting for his food. I placed my order for gizzard and wing combo at 1:20, didnt receive my food until 30 minutes later. There was a young lady that came in about 5 min after me and order 2 perch dinners. She asked the cashier how long and was told about 15 min. The young lady came back in 20 minutes and got her food as I am still waiting for mine. By this time a line has formed and I have to wait to find out why my food is not ready yet and I ordered before she did, mind you the man that was there before me was still waiting for his order too. When the cashier finally came back to the window after she was in the back holding a whole conversation with the cooks she now has an attitude. I am so over patronizing black businesses that doesn't appreciate our dollars."
