"I pulled up to this chipotle after class, 15 minutes before it closed and the door was locked. There were five people working and one customer, not one person working came to the door to tell me they were closing early or explain why the door was locked. They all continued to do what they were doing. I don’t care if they close early, it is rude and unprofessional for not ONE person to come and be courteous to a customer. I’m not going to argue or push past anyone to get in but it is so very rude to stand there, look at me trying to figure out if they’re open or not and not say anything. I will not be coming to this location. The crazy thing is, it wasn’t even closed yet."

"I’m convinced they don’t put the cilantro lime and sea salt in the rice, or season the chicken. They’re food is so plain compared to other Chipotle restaurants I’ve been at… also no flavor on the chips either, someone is definitely skimming the ingredients…"

"I come to this location for convenience being that it’s near my job. When you call in in the morning, it says they open at 1045 and you see employees on their phone, sitting down at tables while customers are knocking and trying to get in through the doors. These employees just look and laugh. What’s the point of having a posted hours of operation but not opening the doors. I have been sitting here since 1045 and it is now 1130 and doors are still not open and there’s no explanation. This location needs rehires bc this is pathetic. They’re open and people calling the store and calls are being ignored."

"A shame Is what it is!!! Ordered through Uber. Literally thought they gave me someone else’s order. Nothing I requested was in the rice bowl. It’s all lettuce, a few pieces of meat, barely any rice. No chips for the guac and in the guac is lettuce. Not cilantro, but lettuce. It’s like they threw whatever was left from the day in the bowl. This is ridiculous."
