"Ordered a bacon double and a strawberry shake & the lady asked did you want the meal or just the sandwich. I said just the sandwich with a strawberry shake. For just the burger it was 9.79$ the shake was about 4.00$ and some change so with tax it was like 15.88$! For just a burger & a shake & when I got my burger it was no ketchup or mustard & from what I remember I didn’t see any bacon on there ether!!! I wasn’t so upset about it but I would think if I’m paying 9.79$ for a burger it would have ketchup & mustard on it with bacon if I had to rate the burger on a scale from 1-10 I’ll probably give it a 5 1/2 but the shake on the other hand was pretty good I’ll probably give it 7 1/2. The price of the burger was mainly ridiculous!"
"Went through the drive thru for two Frisco burgers. When we got to our destination, unwrapping my burger I found it was burnt: both the burger and the bun. I really don't think restaurants care about the quality of food they hand out to drive thru customers, and this pretty much proves it."
"I ordered a Frisco burger and this is what I received instead. I'll let the pictures speak for me. The next morning I go back up there to show the managers what I was given the night before, and they tried to give me some free food for compensation. That's just not right. I will not be frequenting this establishment anytime in the near future."
"I’m a frequent customer of Hardee’s and this was my first time going to the South Holland location. Ordered a sausage biscuit for breakfast to go and when I arrived at my destination, found that they used an old microwave sausage patty. This was not the sausage patty they usually serve. It was like a Jimmy Dean microwave Turkey sausage. Highly disappointing!!"
"Decent Hardee's. Food was cooked perfectly and service was fast and friendly! A little dirty inside and the sandwich was flat, but the indoor murals set a nice ambience."
