"Ordered a half pound of gizzards for $9.38, I had about six small pieces, asked for soft and they were hard. They messed up my order when they first opened and were supposed to replace it, but I never went back until today. The guy said he would add more to my order. Did I say I got about six pieces? lol..The cup of barbecue sauce was half full but it had pieces of in it like it was already used. For me two strikes and you’re out. I won’t be going back"

"Before beginning my review, I would like to offer my heartfelt condolences to the owner for their recent loss. May you and your family find solace and strength in the memories you shared. Moving forward to the Brown's Chicken review, I must commend their consistent top-tier customer service, which has always been exceptional. I frequently order gizzards and liver for my senior citizen mother, and they are always freshly cooked and perfectly seasoned. While we did encounter a small issue once, they promptly corrected it without any delay. Most recently, I tried their Italian beef, and it was truly beefing, & outstanding. The beef was flavorful, baptized in that delicious au jus, well-seasoned, and generously portioned. I highly recommend trying the Italian beef. My only suggestions for improvement would be for them to consider extending their operating hours and potentially offering margaritas as well."

"Went in today before heading to work around the 4pm hour and was warmly greeted by a younger gentleman and a woman who was taking the orders. I ordered the gizzards and mushrooms for $1 special. They cook fresh & that’s great but about 4 customers came in behind me & they all were serviced and cleared out while I sat patiently waiting. I went up to see how much longer on the order as I had to be to work by 4:30. The young man asked the cook in the back on the cook time and my oh my did he have a nasty disposition. Grouchily he stated “ 4 MINUTES! THEY DONE WHEN THEY DONE”. You could see the embarrassment on the lady’s face & she tried to clean it up by thanking me for my patience. As far as the taste, the mushrooms were excellent but the gizzards were not well seasoned & a tad too soft. God bless and good luck."

"The 10 piece dark was very disgusting. The chicken did not have any flavor or seasoning. Oh some of my chicken was very over cooked....the 4 piece tenders were big and bulky looking no season at all as well. The boneless wings... a hot mess!!! No flavor at all. Hey normally I go to jewel on Fridays but I saw the browns and decided to try them since I do like browns at other locations. Long story short please if u like flavor an a Lil salt then go to another chicken joint!! I won't be returning frfr."

"This was my second time visiting since they opened. The first time everything was great. The owner was there. This time the young lady was cordial, but wasn't too helpful she did try a little. I live about 10 minutes away, my gizzards were crispy on the outside but were like a little wet inside. Onion rings great. Boneless wings were delicious. No napkins given or offered. Tables not clean, floors needed to be mopped. I was so excited to see a Brown's Chicken in the neighborhood and I'm really hoping that they stay. Need friendlier staff, more engaging. And I'm not sure what happened with my gizzards but that is the ONE and ONLY thing I would purchase from Brown's. Since the menu is so large I do want to try other items in addition to my gizzards. So please keep working like opening day."
