"If you are forced to place someone at Asperion Glenwood, they better just need minimal care. Otherwise you are sending them there to die. They left my bedridden wife in soiled diapers when she had a lower back wound. She fell out of bed multiple times. They argued with me about sending her to the hospital when the lower back wound became infected. Lucky I had medical power of attorney and forced them to send her to the hospital. The staff are good, but they are stretched way to thin. One nurse per wing of about 20-30 patients and one cna for at least that. If you care about the person you are thinking of placing there, dont do it."

"It smells like urine and decease as soon as you step inside this building. The pictures on this website are not the truth. The rooms are filthy, they don’t even make patients beds, they leave their trays out with old food for HOURS. Y’all ain’t never heard of bleach/cleaning ?"

"Terrible place, do not , I repeat do not put your love one in this place. The place gives off a clean appearance however, it isn't. When I went to go visit my uncle when he first arrived I asked the nurse for a few towels and was told to wait 20 minutes because they were almost done drying. The 20 minutes turned into almost 2 hours. This happened on numerous occasions, especially in the mornings. Which tells me these patients aren't getting cleaned or washed properly. Also, the place is tremendously understaffed. It's quite clear that having insufficient hands harms his quality of life. Upsetting but not surprising to learn that it also harms health outcomes. Overall, give this place a 2 out of 10(staff is pleasant). Lastly, I have removed my uncle from this facility."

"Horrible. Not enough staff. The ones they have here are Lazy and always on their cell phones. Rude nurses and the place is dirty. Alot of crazy people. More of a mental hospital the nursing home. There is worker named April there whs very rude to patients"

"After a rough start I must admit from day one the staff CNA and Nurses are OUTSTANDING! Always a smile on their faces and informative every time I visit my sister. So pleasant. Thank you for all you do. I would also like to thank Peter from Social Services who has kept me informed from my first visit. Feeling lost at times he always somehow appears and gives me an update and answers all my questions and concerns."
