"Started off nice but then they turned the heat off on the dryers maybe to save money over the summer and I had to spend 10 minutes every car wash drying my car manually. That defeats the purpose of a drive thru car wash. I assume it’s because the owner is cheap and doesn’t respect nor care about what he does in our community ( the employees themselves will tell you this ). I believe everything here at Napa has been watered down as well. These folks are not good at the one service they provide which is washing your car. If you want a wet car that still has bird mess on it somehow after a wash go here and waste your money."
