Well, I was not a customer, I was a person who had a flat tire and just so happened to be parked across the street from Collision Boss. While waiting for roadside assistance, I called CB to ask if i could use their restroom. The voice on the other side of the phone was warm and welcoming. Once I got back to my car, two gentlemen, the owner and a mechanic came to my car and offered their assistance. My car was driven into the shop and the spare was on in minutes.
