"SCAMMING! I placed an order for pick up on August 3rd to be picked up at 6pm. The store called and told me they had to close early for an emergency, then told me the order had to be picked up by 3:45pm or they’ll deliver for free. I wasn’t able to do ethier option so I asked for a refund. The person said okay but my card was still charged on the 4th (next day) indicating I picked it up. I never received the order or picked it up. Called the store, no answer and then I called customer service who said the store should reach out in 24 hours. It’s now the 6th and I haven’t heard anything."

"Ordered a basket and balloon on august 1, to be delivered aug 2 for my mom 76th birthday. It never came. Called store for 2 days and got no answer or reply. No apology for ruin her birthday gift. Call the main number to talk to someone and she got in touch with store and said someone would call. Still haven’t gotten a call or refund. Will not be ordering again. Very unprofessional and not the least bit concerned."

"This place is a literal scam. Order placed and never delivered. Left calls and voicemail but nothing back. Submitted multiple online tickets and nothing. $110 for nothing and a hassle to get my money back. It's easier to speak to your bank, which is what I'll be doing. Let your bank speak with these scammers. I'll be notifying the BBB as well. Do NOT give your money to these scammers."

"*****Edit**** I was contacted by EA on Monday and spoke to Martine. They refunded the add-on that wasn’t received (3 Happy Mother’s Day balloons) and they delivered 12 fresh, good-sized chocolate-covered strawberries to my mother as a courtesy for the trouble. Thank you for fixing this problem. I placed an order yesterday for a Mother’s Day platter, and my order was not as advertised. If I order one thing and receive something different for whatever reason I should have been contacted to approve the change. Furthermore, some discount should have been added as well due to my order not being accurate. I have no idea what the cost was supposed to be because the establishment decided for me. I also added two add-on items. One add-on was also falsely advertised. What I got was not what I ordered. The other add-on was not received! I paid $18 for 3 balloons. First off that’s too much for 3 balloons but I added them anyway because I wanted a special gift. Then to pay that ridiculous amount for the balloons and not get them is ridiculous. Another thing a lot of the strawberries were underdeveloped. They were small in size and should not have been used. I saw a couple that were not ripe as well. I shouldn’t see only yellow-green on the top half of a chocolate-covered strawberry. Finally, The add-ins that I selected during the purchase showed 3 Mother’s Day balloons and after I paid it said the purchase was Mother’s Day balloons but the picture changed to birthday balloons. The same thing happened with the add-on of 6 berries, it showed fruit-dipped berries with icing and sprinkles. You couldn’t make out the wording on the image because it’s unclear but it was a Mother’s Day ad so I assumed it said Happy Mother’s Day or something to that effect. I would have been fine with the multi-pack as well. Where there were 3 chocolate-covered strawberries and 3 pink chocolate-covered strawberries with white pearls on the top. Something that reflected the price that I paid. That particular item was for a person who has never received a decent Mother’s Day gift and I wanted it to be something nice. Then my mother should have received two items and only got one. She would have had balloons and a Mother’s Day platter. I have no idea what the items should have cost because I didn’t get what I paid for. I feel cheated."
