"Tiawana Thomas assisted me with ordering my Aunt’s birthday bouquet. She did an amazing job of arranging the bouquet that left my aunt in awe! In addition to the beautiful flowers, when the delivery person rang her door bell, there was no answer. Tiawana called to inform me, there was no one home. I was able to call my aunt and within seconds, she came to the door and received the beautiful flowers from Roses are Red Flower Boutique. Thank you again for the beautiful flowers; as well as going over and beyond with your 5 star delivery service."

"I have never met such a professional staff as I did at Rose's are Red Flower Boutique, not only did the arrangements turn out much better than i ever imagined. I gave them a very short notice and they cane through like clock work. They always said it's no problem and they proved just that. I also did some research on prices after spoke with them. I call back so quick. The prices were unbelievably lower than EVERYBODY I called. I HIGHLY recommend them for any flower arrangements you may need. Just give them a call and believe you me, THEY GOT YOU. You are my flower arrangements go to store. My family also agreed. You got a new family to add to your list of customers."

"I would not recommend their services . Arrangements & customer service were great, however , the delivery of my arrangements were extremely late(1 hour). Contrary to the promises that were made. I contacted the owner the day before to confirm everything and the morning of . She lied to me and said the delivery guy was at the funeral home , in which he wasn’t. We waited for about 25 minutes outside , after the owner said the delivery guy was 3 minutes away. The owner then stopped answering her phone for me . Even after reading comments about flowers not arriving on time, I still gave them a chance . It was my mother homecoming service , and the last thing I wanted to do was contact them about my flowers , $550.00 worth at that. I will not recommend, unprofessional services . I couldn’t believe we had to go through this. Please take what I say into consideration. Please see below for pics ."

"So this is one of the reasons i don’t support black businesses when we ordered the flowers the customer service was great we had read reviews about they’re always being late but hey we understand things happen and we asked if this would be a problem and they assured us it wouldn’t be we had a 11am funeral and asked that they be there between 9:30am-10am we called multiple times and was told they were on the way then they stopped answering the phone and started texting so unprofessional the flowers wasn’t delivered until 11am when people started showing up i don’t recommend if you want flowers on time don’t use roses are red they need to work on they’re promptness Especially for someone who’s been i. Business for 15yrs and they kept stating"

"Great customer service. However the quality of their work is terrible. I love to support black owned business. But the work was done poor they delivered flowers late while the family is walking in the church. When I called to complain the manager was going to text me his number so that I can show him pictures of the poorly designed what was suppose to be a bleeding heart. Not to mention the didn't even have the ribbons on the flowers as we previously discussed"
