"I am so beyond impressed by Secret Garden Flower Shop! They are so kind and wonderful, and truly go above and beyond. My team sent me flowers as a surprise and I wasn’t home to receive them - the crew at Secret Garden was so kind about it and offered to redeliver. On the day they planned to re deliver, they thought my flowers weren’t up to par and wanted to make and a fresh bouquet instead for me - I thought that was really thoughtful since it wasn’t their fault I wasn’t home the first time around and they were willing to work around my schedule!! The delivery team was incredibly nice, easy to work with, and communicative as well. And then when I received the flowers, I was completely blown away - so, so beautiful, fresh, and special!! I’d highly recommend Secret Garden Flower Shop and will be using them for any future floral needs."

Also, thanks to the driver who successfully delivered to a popular hospital known for making deliveries there quite challenging. A huge thank you to the design artist who created the exquisite and beautiful tropical floral arrangement that even caught the eyes of nurses and Dr.'s upon delivering to my daughter-in-law! "I tried to send flowers for my daughter’s birthday in Chicago, from San Antonio. I called them and they were soooo nice. The flowers were delivered that day and were beautiful. Exactly what I wanted."

"I would give it zero. My dear friend in California ordered a bouquet for my birthday. The bouquet did not arrive on time but arrived late the next afternoon. By the next day some flowers started to wilt and two days later most are droopy and the roses that never opened turned brown as you can see on the pictures. What a rip off this place is. Would not recommend this florist to anyone unless you are going to use it for a funeral where it does not matter if the flowers die the next day. Very disappointed!"
