Both Ms. Hayes and Ms. Sounja Mason's unresponsiveness, is very disappointing. I still have not received a response after 3 weeks."

"Unprofessional… Sonja Mason is the worst manager to have. The building has mice and roaches.Very unprofessional.Also spoke to the property manager Ms.Mason about a few concerns I had with a letter I received stating children can't play in front of the building and about parking. I was talked to in an unprofessional manner. I asked if it was possible to speak with someone over here I was told no and that she was the highest . I asked if the owner had an email or a way to contact him I was told I had to go through them. My reply was I'm not getting any where speaking to them so I need to speak with someone higher. she refused to give me anyone contac. This was not the first encounter with her bt it def.ly will be the last."
