"I ordered from them on Uber Eats. I did the 2 prepacked quarts special. I selected Pralines & Cream and Strawberry Cheesecake. They sent Very Berry Strawberry instead of what I asked for. All Uber eEats gave me for the inconvenience was 2.00 in my wallett. Fortunately for them, I like Strawberry Ice-cream but it wasn't what I ordered. Next time please verify the order before sending it out and if you have to make a substitution, please send a notification to give the customer give them the option to approve or cancel."
"Ordered 3 Oreo layered sundae’s. They average around $10 each. All we got was ice cream and cookies in a cup! No chocolate syrup, Carmel syrup, marshmallows or whipped cream! They need to properly trained on how to make things."
