"Fantastic experience here last night at the 8:30 PM serving! The staff were unparalleled-all were so gracious, knowledgeable, and elegant. They showed sincere enthusiasm for the food and the experience. Dishes were inventive, displaying a remarkable breadth and depth of flavors. Several of the dishes will reverberate for years, if not longer-remarkable melodies of tastes and textures! Never really experienced anything quite like the jasmine tea globe with calamansi foam and chocolate-unique and memorable. Can’t wait to come back and experience their next menu! Thank You Ever!"

"Went to Ever to celebrate birthday and graduate degree. Everything was perfect: the dishes, wine pairing, service, the interior….At the end of the night they gave us a kitchen tour and copy of the menu signed by chef Duffy that had “Happy Birthday” and “Congratulations” written on it. The food is beautifully and creatively presented, and each dish pairs numerous flavors and textures together for a truly unique taste. The staff glide around the room in what looks like a neatly choreographed dance. "My mom took me to After and Ever last night for an early celebration of my 30th birthday. They were both incredible, and I strongly recommend either, and especially both together. The cocktails, the food, and the wine were all absolutely phenomenal, and each bite or sip was an experience unto itself. But what really set it over the top was the service. You might recognize the restaurant from S02E07 of The Bear, "Forks." And our captain, Paulina, was actually in the episode. She was remarkable, and the entire service from beginning to end was flawless. They were so careful, attentive, and thoughtful. The whole time, I just felt delighted. I'll definitely be recommending it to others, and going back in the future. And not just because they gave me one of the staff pins and a tour of the kitchen. Thank you, chefs! It was definitely a love story."
