"I can confidently say I will NEVER return to this place after two disappointing experiences with this business. I would give this place negative stars or ZERO stars if I could. 1st visit: I asked for inside detailing and outside car wash. The car wash was sub par and the interior wasn’t touched at all. I had to walk the attendant around the car to point out these issues. The only good was that attendant fixed them. 2nd visit: The attendants were drinking alcohol in the wash bays. I witnessed the self-proclaimed owner (Black male, 6’1, heavy set, dark complexion, beard) yelling at a customer who tried to redeem the multiwash pass sold by this business. The owner refused to honor the multiwash pass despite the fact that the customers presented the pass and the purchase receipt. Based on what I heard, the business did not include an expiration date on the pass and the owner did not care or see how that could be problematic. In fact, he was instantly enraged when the customer showed him that the pass lacked any mention of an expiration date. If this wasn’t enough, the car wash was sub par and (again) the interior wasn’t touched at all — the carpet wasn’t, vacuumed, the dash and cup holders weren’t cleaned down, and the leather seats weren’t wiped down. I advise customers to go elsewhere. I sure will."
