"I use to really like this place great customer service and my car was spotless. But now I would not suggest this place to anyone! One day I went there and this guy I never seen before wash my car...who by the way look like he shouldn't be washing cars cause he look like he was high on something...he did a lot of talking, very disrespectful, moving cars up, making phone calls, and wanting to let garage doors down...everything except washing my car so i could get out...he took two hours on my car and it was still dirty the car and tires. When I expressed my concerns to the owner about it being the worse car wash and experience I ever had at his establishment, he just walked around my car, said nothing put his hand on the switch to let the door up, I got in and pulled out, I could see him through the all fiber glass door wave his hand at me and make excuses for himself and his employee....as he tried to save face with other customers (they saw it for themselves sir). All I could think is really, I'm a loyal customer...I patronized your business before I moved into this state and this is the thanks I get! This is why a lot of black owned business don't make it... #1 reason they're not professional. I've sat an watch only the women get treated this way, if I were a man would have corrected problems, gave me money back or told me free car wash on him next time...they take care of the guys, period. All complaints should be handle accordingly whether male or female...thats how a professional business man should want to run his business if he wants to be successful. A lady knows when to walk away. You just lost a LOYAL customer sir! If your busy not doing so great I see why...if it is doing great it could be doing better...JMT Thank you and Have a great day"
