"I rent a house through a corporate lease via my company because I didn't want to manage any of the upkeep of a house but 2020 has refused to fix floods, dangerous trees, and won't respond to emails even though I pay them over $4k a month in rent. They took me to court for having a 3 month ongoing flood fixed by paying a plumber to do it since they were not taking action (Implied Warranty of Habitability) and told them I was going to Repair and Deduct - one of the simplest laws of rental properties. They took me to the wrong county court, I represented myself, and the Judge laughed, ruled in my favor, and agreed that you must provide a safe, habitable property and address leaks, floods, sewar gas, electrical issues, dangerous trees, and more within 24 hours. I can't say I have ever had a landlord that has completely ignored my requests and been as disrespectful and lacking empathy than I have with this group. I do not recommend renting a property from 2020 unless you enjoy pulling teeth."

"We had a pretty bad experience with the property management due to gross incompetence. The property manager Lynn specifically did not post water bills onto our bill as it is her responsibility for 5 months and decided to never notify us and take it out of our security deposit. This just shows her character and how she runs the office. We have never missed a payment and even paid early. You would think she knew what she was doing the way she spoke to you in such a condescending tone, and of course she would never take accountability of her clerical errors. Speaking to her was the equivalent of speaking to a rock with the level of care she had. The realtor Dominic was phenomenal and the maintenance manager Brian was equally as helpful. Unfortunately one bad seed in the property manager ruined the experience. She allowed subletters to live in the property and knew of this and did nothing. As a landlord or tenant beware."
